If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses a delivery to an address other than the address indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide:
1.name and surname or name of the company / institution – necessary for us to address the package;
2.address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) – necessary to address the parcel;
3.phone number to the recipient of the shipment – necessary in the case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).
